Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after purchase. We dispatch orders Monday through Friday.

Domestic Shipping:
All domestic orders are currently shipped via UPS. Standard delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days.

International Shipping:
All international orders are shipped via DHL. Standard delivery timeframe for international orders is 4-21 business days. Please note that international delivery times are extended, and shipping duration may vary significantly due to customs clearance. Preppy Prodigy is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred during international shipping.
